From San José State Director of Operations 2019 . . . to Color Commentator for the
Mountain West
In 2019, Tiffany joined the coaching staff for the San José State Volleyball Team under Jolene Shepardson. As the Director of Operations, she helped organize the season kick-off event, the Tropical Delights fundraiser and support gala. During the summer camps, Tiffany created the advertising and served as the liaison between parents and coaches, checking in all campers, and insuring a safe experience for them. During the season, Tiffany took responsibility for driving vans, organizing receipts and ordering the catering. But, the best part of her job as Director of Operations was a commentator for the Mountain West live feed. Tiffany had previously been involved with the team, observing spring practices and summer camps since 2015, and thus she was able to provide background knowledge about each player, while explaining the game to the at-home audience.
