So, you may be wondering what happened to me after the last blog entry!
Well, I finished my 21 Days with the 21 Day Fix and lost 11 pounds. Now, let's put that into perspective. I was 140 to start. For a person who is 5 foot 3 inches, that's statistically overweight. So, you can only imagine my glee when I dropped to 129! Suddenly the world was at my fingertips! If I could learn how to eat to drop 11, surely I could keep going and drop more.
And that is just it. Getting lean, or losing fat weight is a lot about a frame of mind. Those who know how to drop weight, such as body builders gain and drop all the time. In fact, its more like a game to them.
